Customer Success & Support Specialist

Warehance helps businesses manage orders, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment.

We’re looking for someone who is good with people, sharp with details, and enjoys solving problems. You’ll work directly with customers, investigate issues, answer technical questions, and help them run their operations.

We care about getting the answer right and seeing problems through.

What You’ll Do

• Solve customer problems involving software, warehousing, and shipping
• Investigate root causes and explain solutions clearly
• Help customers get more out of Warehance
• Work with product and engineering to resolve issues
• Own problems from the first question through resolution

Who You Are

You’re analytical, personable, and technically capable. You ask good questions, notice details, and follow through. You don’t need to know everything coming in, but you need to be willing and excited to learn.
