  • Communications and production 
  • Work with clients to meet their needs and ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Cooperate with Marketing and PR to successfully promote and publicize the campaigns. 
  • Research market to identify opportunities and generate client interest 
  • Conduct pre- and post- campaign reviews and report. 
  • Training people. 
  • Helping the HR department. 
  • Overseeing a small team of people 
  • Outstanding time management and communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects independently 
  • Sales skills and ability to form valuable business relationships 
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills 
  • Exceptional communication, customer service and problem solving skills
