A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Customer Service Representatives take time to specialize in their customers and their needs.
This is strictly an online and work from home job the working hours are flexible and you can chose to work from anywhere of your choice
Salary: $33,720 – $63,769 annually (full-time) or $16 -$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personnel/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a bonus.
