Why You'll Love Working With Us
Navicore Solutions is currently seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Success Representatives to join our Customer Service Department. This is a full-time, fully remote position — and we provide all the equipment you need. Training is also conducted entirely online.
Shifts:
- Regular: Mon–Fri, 11:30am–8:00pm EST. (Regular shift, after training)
- Training: Mon–Thu, 8:30-7pm-EST.
What Will You Do as a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Success Representative?
Role Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Success Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program (DMP). You will help clients manage their accounts, communicate with creditors, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout their financial wellness journey. Your success in this role will come from your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver compassionate service while helping clients stay on track toward achieving their financial goals.
What to Expect
- Handle primarily inbound phone calls from clients. The calls typically take around 5-10 minutes. Although call volume may vary from day to day, you can anticipate receiving an average of around 30 calls per day.
- Respond to emails, and written inquiries from clients and creditors.
- Provide guidance, support, and solutions regarding debt management program accounts and educate clients on creditor policies, program requirements, and available options.
- Work with creditors to secure and maintain payment arrangements.
- Deliver compassionate, professional service while helping clients remain engaged in their financial wellness goals.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and compassion when assisting clients
- Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls
- Ability to type 40 words per minute

- Experience working in financial services, debt management, banking, or related industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Pleasant telephone voice and excellent verbal communication skill
