Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a CRNA with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, you will join our talented Anesthesiology Department at VMFH’s downtown Tacoma location, St. Joseph Medical Center. Along with providing anesthesia to our patient population and supporting surgical and procedural caseload, this exciting new position offers engaged individuals the unique opportunity to influence and guide the future of anesthesiology at this facility. In addition to providing exceptional anesthesia care, you can play an integral role in establishing the CRNA presence at St. Joseph and helping to define the evolution of the Anesthesiology Department. For a motivated CRNA who values collaboration, team-building, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact, this role offers the chance to build something new. In turn, we commit to providing a respectful, high-quality work environment and bringing together colleagues who look out for each other in addition to providing outstanding anesthesia care.

To be successful in this role, you would provide safe anesthetic experiences for our patients in a collaborative, team-based Anesthesia Care Team model.
