- Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain lasting relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate credit solutions.
- Credit Assessment: Evaluate credit applications, analyze financial data, and utilize credit scoring models to make informed lending decisions.
- Sales Strategy: Promote and sell credit products to both individual and business clients, exceeding sales targets through strategic outreach.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and recommend credit solutions aligned with their financial goals.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare accurate credit applications, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the finance sector.
- Strong understanding of credit products and lending practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.
