Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager for a temporary opportunity supporting high-volume, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role guides creative projects from intake through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, approvals, workflow data, and operational improvements. *Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:* * Manage creative campaign execution for email, site ads, order pages, and paid social. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time, on brand, on strategy, and on budget. * Prioritize high-volume projects while identifying conflicts, dependencies, and resource constraints. * Maintain Airtable project data and other team tools to support workflow, reporting, and business needs. * Manage briefs, timelines, status tracking, meetings, feedback, approvals, asset permissions, and project archiving. *Creative Project Manager Qualifications:* * 4+ years of experience in program or project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or a related field within marketing, advertising, or e-commerce. * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams in a fast-paced marketing environment. * Proficiency with Airtable or comparable work-management and database platforms. * Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud sufficient to manage creative workflows effectively. * Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the adaptability to manage concurrent projects and shifting priorities. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
