Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to create high-quality, multi-purpose content and help develop a strong content strategy. This role blends creativity with structure — you’ll write, adapt, and distribute compelling content while helping xe.gr build a more consistent presence in the media landscape.
You’ll work closely with the Content & SEO Manager and Marketing Director, the broader Marketing team, Product Development and Sales teams, but you won’t be managing others — this is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone experienced, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
Produce versatile, high-quality, multi-media content across formats: short and long form video copy, email campaigns, ad copy, press releases, blog posts, web copy, thought leadership articles, guides, internal comms, and more.
Tailor content to suit each vertical (Jobs, Property, Automoto, Marketplace) and audience segment.
Collaborate with designers, SEO and performance teams to bring content to life across channels.
Ensure a consistent and professional tone of voice across external content.
Help evolve xe.gr’s brand storytelling and messaging frameworks.
Performance & Insight
Track content effectiveness through relevant metrics and suggest improvements where needed.
3–5 years of experience in content writing, communications, marketing or journalism.
Excellent communication, writing and editing skills in Greek and English.
A creative yet methodical approach — able to balance storytelling with accuracy and structure.
Innate curiosity, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, interest in using new technology and staying ahead of the curve.
Experience in digital content, classifieds, or tech platforms is a plus.
