Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects within the aviation sector. The role requires strong leadership in managing construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards across complex builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction oversight: Lead site execution, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Schedule management: Develop and monitor construction schedules, proactively addressing delays.
- Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
- Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate construction-related risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in aviation or transport-related projects is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
