The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, is seeking a Concierge Agent to make an impact on this job. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service and a memorable experience to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Recommend guests all emblematic places to explore.
- Fulfill all guests’ aspirations and exceed their expectations.
- Minimize and resolve issues with style, grace and sincerity.
- Follow up every activity to ensure total fulfillment.
- Recommend unique places to guests and make reservations such as for restaurants, private yacht cruises, golf lessons.
- Deliver exceptional, authentic service.
- Provide check in, check out assistance when needed.
- Become an expert of local history, traditions and culture.
- Create guests’ memorable experiences.
- Run communication and recording of complaints; deal with complaints on first level.
- Be thoroughly conversant with all room types, décor and outlook.
Requirements
- Hold a Hospitality degree.
- At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry in Front Office Position. FO experience in a 5-star hotel preferred
- Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests.
- Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English. Knowledge of German and/or Russian/or French language will be an advantage.
- Be a person with enviable customer service skills.
- Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera software
- Have impeccable cooperation, attention to detail, inspiration, and organizational skills
- Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Be a great communicator who allures guests from all over the world.
- Have unflappable temperament and professional integrity

- Be able to act proactively and constantly find creative solutions in every guest encounter
