The Regulatory and Compliance Coordinator will assist in the pursuit, organization, maintenance, and archival activities related to grants and contractsregulatory activities. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the submission of new and renewal applications, student performance data to various oversight agencies, maintaining point of contact information for oversight agencies, processing employment verifications, and distribution of internal compliance updates. processing grants and contracts as required by funder organizations, monitoring grants and contracts for compliance, project evaluation, analyzing data and submitting reports.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and complete Master Agreements, contract, and grant applications for Workforce Investment Boards
- Completing Complete ETPL applications for new state and regional sales territories
- Review and provide interpretation of proposal requirement
- Gather information regarding education laws, ordinances, and regulations
- Adding new program offerings or modifying program offerings on already approved state and regional ETPL approvals
- Assist Associate Director of Compliance Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs with compliance reporting deadlines, and Licensing and Accreditation applications and regulatory activities as needed
- Conduct research on various government agencies, as needed and identify new funding opportunities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma with certification or experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion with limited guidance
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate this position will pay between $50,000 and $65,000. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
