Cloud Solutions Architect IV is a temporary opportunity for a hands-on technical leader overseeing Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and delivery. This role guides case management, digital engagement, integrations, multi-region rollouts, and operational reliability while building an in-house engineering team. The position helps customer care teams resolve consumer issues efficiently. *Cloud Solutions Architect IV Responsibilities:* * Own the technical direction and architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, routing, Omni-Channel, entitlements, escalations, knowledge, and the agent experience. * Design digital engagement capabilities, integrations, and data exchanges across customer care, contact center, ticketing, warranty, order management, and commerce platforms. * Lead multi-region rollouts and establish scalable standards for data models, sharing, security, high-volume processing, and configuration-driven delivery. * Direct partner delivery, approve technical designs, oversee production readiness, and transition platform ownership to an in-house engineering team. * Build and develop the engineering team while leading monitoring, release governance, incident response, root-cause analysis, secure AI usage, and operational improvements. *Cloud Solutions Architect IV Qualifications:* * Senior or lead-level Salesforce Service Cloud engineering experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow at scale. * At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, technical architecture, or enterprise CRM implementations. * Deep knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities, including case management, Omni-Channel, entitlements, milestones, email-to-case, knowledge, and Service Console. * Experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions across multiple business units or geographies, including scalable data models, sharing, integrations, and high-volume processing. * Experience leading technical direction, developing engineers, directing partner teams, and applying Salesforce security, operational, release, CI/CD, and AI-assisted engineering practices. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
