Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and process complex general, excess, and product liability claims
• Conduct investigations and provide reports on claims and legal actions
• Negotiate claim settlements and coordinate legal defense while monitoring compliance
Required Qualifications
• Eight years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
