About the Role
PATLive is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team in a full-time remote role dedicated to handling inbound calls for the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. In this role, you will serve as a helpful voice for caller inquiries, providing professional assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls for the Florida Division of Corporations with professionalism, patience, and efficiency.
- Navigate computer systems and software tools quickly to access information and resolve caller inquiries.
- Maintain high customer service standards while managing high-volume call traffic.
- Deliver accurate information clearly and courteously to callers.

Position & Technical Requirements
- Schedule Availability: Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Residency Preference: We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.
- Internet Connection: Stable, hardwired Ethernet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem (Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload ). Wi-Fi connections are not supported.
- Required Hardware: Must provide your own high-quality wired headset , keyboard, and mouse for optimal performance.

- $16.00 per hour (English)
- $17.00 per hour (Bilingual - Spanish)
