Execute omni-channel outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to build relationships and schedule Discovery Calls/Demos for the Growth Team.
Conduct weekly in-person prospecting visits to agencies, leveraging physical collateral and professional gifting to establish high-touch relationships.
Travel monthly to designated markets to execute localized business development and expand the company’s physical presence.
Track and report all activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless pipeline management.
Utilize a suite of sales tools (HubSpot CRM, Apollo/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Winmo, Goody, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to optimize prospecting efforts.
Support Growth Directors in advancing deals beyond the initial Discovery Call/Demo, ensuring smooth progression through the sales funnel.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Growth, and Business Development teams to align sales strategies and maximize impact.
Curate and share relevant LinkedIn content to enhance personal branding and increase company visibility within the professional network.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and the competitive landscape.
Interest in building a career in sales, with a passion for driving business growth.
Up to 12 months of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships effectively.
