WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a Business Controller who wants to go beyond reporting numbers—to influence decisions, unlock performance, and drive real business impact across APAC.
As a Business Controller you are responsible to monitor and provide regular reports on performance across cost, service and sustainability in the Logistics continent, to get transparency and provide guidance from a financial and operational perspective. Owner of the continent dashboards and reports, also leading the work to develop tools and enable a data driven way to identify trends, challenges and opportunities in the Logistics Continent.
You will be the financial backbone and strategic partner to our Transport & Trade teams across APAC 12 markets—turning data into insights, insights into actions, and actions into results.

- Own the Transport & Trade P&L for APAC

- Influence key initiatives, including procurement and vendor strategies

- Own dashboards, reporting, and analytics tools (Power BI, data models)
- Bring transparency to performance, KPIs, and trends

Deliver financial excellence
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Transform analysis into concrete action plans
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
