Finch is looking for a Brand Designer to own and evolve how our brand shows up in the world.
This role sits at the center of Finch's brand expression—defining how we tell our story, how we differentiate in a crowded B2B SaaS landscape, and how our brand scales with the company and our clients across commercial and enterprise segments. You'll lead brand execution across web, paid advertising, marketing, events, sales, and internal storytelling, balancing foundational system work with high-visibility brand moments.
You'll operate as the primary (and for now, sole) brand designer at Finch—deeply embedded within the marketing team and closely partnered with company leadership. This role is for a designer who is comfortable owning decisions, setting a high bar, and building a brand with intention and systems thinking, not just shipping assets.
You won't inherit a fully locked system. You'll be at the helm to define it—deciding where to push, where to refine, and how to maintain coherence while still doing bold, interesting, pixel-perfect work. You'll collaborate with the C-suite and the executive and marketing teams while delivering impact across the entire company.
This is a builder's role, and the work is focused on where the brand meets the market. Roughly 60% of your time will live in web and paid advertising—the surfaces that drive pipeline, shape first impressions, and carry the brand into the world. The rest spans system work, events, illustration, and the real-world campaigns that make Finch come to life.
