Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare shop drawings, schematics, and detailed layouts
- Coordinate with MEP, Architectural, and Structural teams to resolve design clashes
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracy
- Ensure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements
- Review and update models based on design changes and site requirements
- Assist in project documentation and submission processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Plumbing/PH)
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Drainage systems
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
- Experience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Familiarity with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on UAE/GCC projects
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans and coordination workflows
- Good communication and teamwork skills
