We are looking for a talented Kotlin Engineers to join our team and take responsibility for the development and maintenance of certain areas of client’s product and its European versions.
As a Java Engineer, you will work in a dynamic environment with a team that aims to continuously improve and develop the platform. Your role will be focused on select areas of the client’s site, which means responsibility will be dispersed across the team, and you will have a real impact on shaping the user experience.

Remote work with office access in Poznań, Warsaw, Kraków and Toruń. We ask for an on-site visit to Poznań or Warsaw 1–2 times per quarter.
What you’ll do
Own a project end to end. Everyone on the team has their own area of responsibility. You won’t be waiting for the next ticket, you’ll be driving the work from design to production and beyond.
Work across teams. You’ll partner with the teams behind the listing form, the product page and the API. That means documenting why the change matters (arguments, KPIs, business value), negotiating details, and sometimes contributing directly to their repositories while they review your code. You’ll have support: the team knows which doors to knock on, and the toughest conversations won’t land on you alone.
Work across the stack. Frontend, backend and some networking. This is an engineer’s role, not just a coder’s.
Learn DDD and event-driven architecture in practice. The team’s services follow these standards, and knowledge is shared actively, including through workshops.
We are seeking individuals who:
Have commercial experience coding in Kotlin or Java (with an eagerness to master Kotlin for our new services);
Possess solid commercial experience with the Spring Boot ecosystem to build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs;
Value high-quality code and engineering best practices to solve complex challenges in massive-scale distributed systems;
Are open-minded, adaptable, and eager to step outside your comfort zone to explore unfamiliar tech stacks (e.g., frontend is a nice-to-have)
Are adept at utilizing AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and research in your daily workflow;
Communicate effectively in Polish and English (at least a B2 level).
