Responsibilities
1.Product Design and Strategic Planning
- Develop comprehensive strategies for B2B products, with a particular emphasis on merchant-related services. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and customer needs.
- Plan product architecture to ensure products are scalable, reliable, and efficient, meeting the diverse needs of enterprise customers.
2.Merchant Settlement Product Management
- Needs Assessment:Communicate with various enterprises to identify requirements regarding settlement frequencies, fee structures, multi-currency options, and integration with internal systems, and compile these into reports.
- Product Design and Development: Design settlement functions and platforms based on identified needs. Outline core features like real-time settlement, etc., and collaborate with the technical team to build a secure, stable, and scalable platform.
- Optimization and Improvement:Regularly gather merchant feedback to optimize the platform, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
3.“Pay as a Broker” Service Development
- Service Definition and Strategy:Define the value of this service in the B2B context, identify target customers, and formulate market strategies.
- Service Design and Execution: Lead the design of all service aspects, establish pricing and risk - management mechanisms, and coordinate across departments to launch the service.
- Growth and Market Adaptation:Collaborate with the marketing team for promotion, adjust strategies according to market feedback, and drive business growth.
4.Whitelabel API Development
- Partner Requirement Gathering:Communicate with potential partners to understand customized requirements for payment service integration.
- API Design and Development: Lead the design and development of Whitelabel APIs, ensuring they are secure, stable, and user-friendly, and meet partners' personalized needs.
- Partner Support and API Evolution:Provide technical support for partner integration and improve APIs based on feedback and industry standards.
5.Cross-team Collaboration and Project Oversight
- Cross - departmental Coordination: Work closely with R & D, business, etc., to align product development with business goals.
- Project Lifecycle Management:Oversee the entire product process from concept to post-launch support, set milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
6.Compliance and Risk Management
- Regulatory Adherence: Keep up with relevant B2B regulations at home and abroad to ensure product and service compliance.
- Risk Mitigation:Identify potential product risks and develop and implement countermeasures.
Requirements
1.Industry Knowledge
- Have an in-depth understanding of B2B business models, and be familiar with cross-border B2B transactions, online payments, etc.
- Know about payment gateways, account management systems, and financial regulatory requirements.
2.B2B Experience
- Have over 5 years of B2B product management experience, with 2 years focused on merchant services, etc.
- Have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products.
3.Technical Competence
- Understand and communicate technical concepts like software development and API integration, and be familiar with agile development methodologies.
4.Product Skills
- Have excellent skills in requirements analysis, product design, and roadmap planning, and be able to translate business needs into innovative features.
- Have strong data - analysis skills to drive product decisions and improvements.
5.Communication and Collaboration
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external parties.
- Have cross-departmental collaboration skills, being good at building relationships and promoting cooperation.
