- Build brilliant relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders – think of yourself as the glue that holds everything together
- Leveraging your industry expertise to drive meaningful connections
- Support the Branch Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently, bringing your seasoned perspective to strategic decision-making
- Drive sales by genuinely engaging with customers and showcasing your product knowledge
- Lead and inspire your team where everyone thrives, develops, and enjoys coming to work
- Champion customer satisfaction by handling enquiries and resolving issues with speed, professionalism, and a smile
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
