An Assistant F&B Manager at Accor supports the Manager of F&B in directing daily operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets. Key responsibilities include driving revenue, ensuring brand and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) service standards, managing staff and training, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a hotel environment.
- Previous experience in an international hotel chain is preferred; experience with Accor brands is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
