Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement FIT & Leisure strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Lead, manage and motivate the FIT & Leisure team to ensure they are meeting targets and delivering exceptional results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop appropriate responses
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive FIT & Leisure
- Provide regular updates to senior management on FIT & Leisure performance, market trends, and revenue projections
- Ensure all FIT & Leisure processes are efficient and effective, and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior Manager and same position role, from hotel, OTA, or travel agency background, handling the FIT travel agent segment.
- Proven track record in the FIT travel agent segment, demonstrating either or both of the following: growing production from existing accounts, and/or developing new accounts and new markets from 0 to 1; familiar with working with major wholesalers, OTAs, and luxury travel consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature, Serandipians). Preference for candidates with experience handling one or more of the following markets: Europe, US, Indonesia domestic, Southeast Asia, Russia, Australia.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team across Bali and Komodo properties.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, able to work effectively with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Hotel Operations to drive FIT business objectives.
- Solid understanding of multi-property and multi-business sales strategy, including resorts and cruise/fleet operations; able to design segment-specific strategies that maximize revenue across all business units.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and contracting skills, with proficiency in revenue analysis, production tracking, and CRM/sales systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce); fluent in English communication and presentation, willing to travel frequently for sales calls, trade shows, and client entertainment.
