We are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our finance team and support the company’s global financial operations and infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day execution, analytical work, and close collaboration with senior management in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in accordance with US GAAP.

  • Prepare and maintain management reports, including P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecasts

  • Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions

  • Assist in cash flow management, including budget vs. actual monitoring.
    Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial processes

  • Handle ongoing accounting operations, including vendors, customers, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations (together with bookkeeping, as needed)

  • Support payroll-related processes and operational finance activities.
    Assist in preparing financial materials and analyses for management, board meetings, and investors

  • Support fundraising processes, grants, and loans as needed

  • Participate in ERP and financial systems optimization and maintenance

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – must

  • Experience auditing private companies – must; public companies – an advantage

  • Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm – must

  • Previous experience in a tech/startup environment – an advantage

  • Knowledge of US GAAP and Israeli tax regulations – an advantage
    High proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Priority, NetSuite)

  • High level of English – spoken and written

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business orientation

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization
