Art Supervisor is needed for a temporary, remote opportunity with our healthcare agency client. This role develops and executes pharmaceutical campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients, translating complex scientific information into engaging visual communications. The Art Supervisor collaborates across creative, medical, account, strategy, and production teams while managing hands-on design and asset delivery. There is no application deadline for this role. *Art Supervisor Responsibilities:* * Develop campaign concepts and visual solutions with Copywriters and Creative Directors. * Design creative assets across digital, print, CRM, social, websites, email, presentations, and sales materials. * Translate scientific and clinical information into engaging communications. * Prepare assets for medical, legal, and regulatory review and production. * Manage multiple creative projects, deadlines, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration. *Art Supervisor Qualifications:* * 5-8 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience. * Experience at the Art Director or Art Supervisor level within a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency. * Portfolio demonstrating conceptual campaign development and executional design. * Strong skills in visual design, typography, layout, and branding. * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
