<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Administrative Support</strong></li><ul><li>Provide daily administrative assistance to loan officers and company leadership.</li><li>Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate client appointments.</li><li>Handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain organized digital records.</li></ul><li><strong>Loan Processing Assistance</strong></li><ul><li>Support loan officers with client onboarding, application preparation, and document collection.</li><li>Enter and update loan information into CRM systems and loan management portals.</li><li>Track loan applications, renewals, and approvals, ensuring deadlines are met.</li></ul><li><strong>Operational Support</strong></li><ul><li>Prepare and review loan-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Assist with data entry, file management, and digital recordkeeping.</li><li>Monitor workflow and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.</li></ul><li><strong>Client Communication</strong></li><ul><li>Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients, loan officers, and internal teams.</li><li>Provide updates on loan application status and assist with basic client queries.</li></ul><li><strong>Remote Collaboration</strong></li><ul><li>Use digital tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.) to stay connected with the team.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and efficiency in virtual workflows.</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Proven experience as an <strong>Administrative Assistant</strong> or <strong>Virtual Assistant</strong>, preferably in the loan or financial services industry.</p><p>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.</p><p>Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM/loan management systems.</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Ability to work independently in a <strong>remote environment</strong> while managing multiple priorities.</p><p>Familiarity with loan processes (applications, renewals, approvals) is highly advantageous.</p><p>High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.</p><p>Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ol><li>Comfortable working U.S. hours</li><li>Remote work from home</li></ol><p></p><p><em><strong>Fraud Disclaimer: </strong></em>ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
