The Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls for accounts that are 1-44 days past due. Along with handling customer inquiries and establishing payment arrangements, the Account Resolution Specialist will identify potential opportunities to assist our customers who may be experiencing a hardship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls using an automated dialer system in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to type/multi-task while effectively speaking to the customer.
• Ability to provide industry leading customer experience.
• Process payments over the phone and answer general questions regarding the customers account.
• Probe the customer’s circumstances in order to educate and provide direction for full account resolution.
• Follow the established quality guidelines to effectively ensure compliance with mortgage industy regulations.
• Ability to utilize all available skip tracing tools.
