Our Retail team partners with some of the largest and most exciting retail brands in the market, helping them grow, scale, and maximize their commercial success on the platform. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic retail partners and single-vendor businesses across categories such as bakeries, butcher shops, delis, specialty food chains, and national retail brands.
You won’t just be "managing accounts"—you will be a growth consultant, using data to help retail businesses optimize their operations, improve their menu, and maximize their profitability and sales on the Wolt platform. This role combines analytical work with regular field activity, including 1-2 days per week of in-person meetings with our retail partners.This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially minded, resilient, and motivated by achieving ambitious business goals in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Drive and manage revenue growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities within existing partnerships
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs for your portfolio such as time of delivery, rejection rate
- Spend 1-2 days per week in the field meeting partners and strengthening relationships, conduct regular business reviews, performance meetings, and growth planning sessions
- Partner closely with Marketing, Ads, and Sales teams to increase partner visibility, campaigns, and platform engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, resolving operational and commercial challenges with a high sense of urgency
- Take ownership of partner satisfaction, retention, and commercial success metrics

- 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth
- Analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- High responsiveness, adaptability, and execution skills
- Fluent in Hebrew
