The Role

You don't have to go anywhere to help people go everywhere. As a Travel Booking Agent at NoGigiddy, you'll research, plan, and book travel for clients — flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions — all from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for detail-oriented people who love logistics, enjoy making other people's experiences seamless, and get satisfaction from a perfectly arranged itinerary. Travel industry experience is a plus, but not required — your attention to detail and love of the process is what we're looking for.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and scheduling constraints
• Research and compare flight, hotel, car rental, and tour options using GDS tools and booking platforms
• Build and present complete travel itineraries with pricing, options, and recommendations
• Process bookings and reservations accurately, confirming all details with clients
• Manage changes, cancellations, and rebooking when travel plans shift
• Monitor for price drops, schedule changes, or disruptions that affect client bookings
• Maintain organized client records and booking documentation

Requirements

• No travel industry certification required — training provided
• Strong research skills and the ability to compare complex options quickly
• Detail-oriented — an incorrect booking date ruins someone's trip
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable with online booking platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace
• Availability to support clients across multiple time zones when needed
