The Role

Sales is the engine — and SDRs are the spark plug. As a Sales Development Representative at NoGigiddy, you'll be on the front lines of our growth: identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and booking meetings that turn into revenue. This is not a cold-calling sweatshop. We equip you with real tools, real training, and real earning potential. If you've got the hunger to outwork the room and the smarts to do it with strategy, this role will reward you.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound outreach — email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Engage potential partners and clients with personalized, value-driven messaging
• Book discovery calls and product demos for senior account executives
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline status in the CRM
• Follow up persistently — without burning bridges — to move prospects through the funnel
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging based on prospect feedback
• Hit weekly and monthly activity metrics (outreach volume, booked meetings, pipeline value)

Requirements

• No degree required — we care about drive, not diplomas
• No prior sales experience required — our training program is built for first-timers
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you write like a human, not a template
• Thick skin and a short memory — rejection doesn't stop you, it sharpens you
• Self-motivated and competitive with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with CRM tools, email sequencing platforms, and basic reporting
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace
