The Role

Every order that goes out right is a customer kept. As an Order Processing Clerk at NoGigiddy, you'll be the operational backbone of our fulfillment workflow — entering orders, verifying details, coordinating with vendors, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized to a fault, comfortable with data entry at volume, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly in the background. No experience required — just sharp eyes and a systematic mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process incoming customer orders through our order management system
  • Verify order details for accuracy — quantities, pricing, shipping addresses, and special instructions
  • Enter and update order records in the system with zero-tolerance for data errors
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or fulfillment teams to confirm stock availability and shipping timelines
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues requiring resolution
  • Track orders through fulfillment and flag exceptions such as backorders, short shipments, or returns
  • Maintain organized digital records of all processed orders for reporting and audit purposes

Requirements

  • No degree required
  • No prior order processing experience needed — full system training provided
  • Fast, accurate data entry skills — speed matters, but accuracy matters more
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a high-volume queue
  • Comfortable with order management software, spreadsheets, and email communication
  • Reliable, consistent availability during scheduled work hours
  • Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace
