The Role

Behind every insurance claim is a real person dealing with a stressful situation — and you're the one who helps them get to the other side. As an Insurance Claims Processor at NoGigiddy, you'll review, verify, and process insurance claims with accuracy and care. It's detail-oriented, meaningful work that pays well and can be done entirely from home. No prior insurance experience required — we provide complete training on policies, systems, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming insurance claims for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation
• Enter and update claim data into claims management systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Verify policyholder information, coverage details, and applicable deductibles
• Communicate with claimants, providers, or adjusters to gather missing information
• Process approved claims for payment in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines
• Flag potentially fraudulent, duplicate, or non-covered claims for review
• Maintain organized records and meet daily processing volume targets

Requirements

• No degree required
• No prior insurance industry experience necessary — full training provided
• Exceptional attention to detail — errors here have real consequences
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously
• Ability to handle sensitive personal information with discretion and professionalism
