The Role

Words move people — and if you've got the skill to arrange them well, you've got a career. NoGigiddy is building a bench of skilled Freelance Writers to produce blog posts, landing pages, emails, product descriptions, social content, and more for our brand and our partners. We don't want corporate filler. We want writing that sounds like a real person with a real point of view — clear, punchy, and built to convert. Whether you're a seasoned writer or someone who's been told their whole life they write well, this is your shot.

Responsibilities

• Produce original, well-researched written content across formats — blogs, emails, ads, web copy, social posts
• Follow detailed creative briefs while bringing your own voice and judgment to the work
• Write for multiple brand tones and audiences — adapting your style to fit each project
• Hit deadlines consistently — quality and timeliness are both non-negotiable
• Revise work based on editorial feedback without ego — rewrites are part of the job
• Research topics thoroughly before writing to ensure factual accuracy
• Optimize content for SEO when required — keywords, structure, meta copy

Requirements

• No journalism or English degree required
• A portfolio — even a small one — is strongly preferred (personal blog, published pieces, samples)
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and compellingly across different formats and tones
• Strong grammar and editing skills — error-free first drafts are the baseline
• Comfortable with feedback and capable of revising without losing the thread
• Self-directed — you manage your own time and hit your deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Docs, WordPress, or similar content platforms
