The Role

NoGigiddy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. This position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in account management and customer service. No college degree is required — strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients are what we're looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively
  • Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring all client information is up to date
  • Identify and resolve client issues proactively, ensuring a positive client experience
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams — including sales, marketing, and customer support — to ensure client needs are met
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and information to get started
  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve our services and overall client experience

Requirements

  • No college degree required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to understand and meet client needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to address and resolve client issues effectively
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
