The Role

Email is still the backbone of customer communication — and a great Email Support Agent is worth their weight in gold. At NoGigiddy, we're looking for clear, empathetic writers who can resolve customer issues, answer product questions, and turn frustrated users into loyal ones — all through the written word. No phone calls. No live pressure. Just you, your inbox, and your ability to write responses that actually help. If you communicate well in writing and stay cool under pressure, this role is a natural fit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a shared email support inbox and respond to customer inquiries within SLA windows
  • Diagnose customer issues accurately and provide clear, actionable resolutions
  • Draft professional, on-brand email responses that reflect NoGigiddy's voice — direct, helpful, no fluff
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team with full context documented
  • Track and log support interactions in our CRM for reporting and quality review
  • Identify recurring issues and flag them to the product or operations team
  • Maintain a response quality score at or above team benchmarks

Requirements

  • No degree required
  • No prior support experience needed — we'll train you on our systems and voice
  • Excellent written English — grammar, clarity, and tone all matter
  • Ability to write responses that are warm but efficient — no walls of text
  • Detail-oriented enough to catch what the customer is actually asking beneath what they wrote
  • Comfortable with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and email platforms
  • Reliable internet and a quiet, focused workspace
