The Role

Accurate data is the foundation of every smart business decision — and the Data Entry Clerk is the one who makes it possible. At NoGigiddy, we need someone who takes pride in getting it right every single time: inputting records, updating databases, verifying information, and keeping our data assets clean and reliable. This is not glamorous work, but it is important work — and we treat it that way. If you type fast, catch errors instinctively, and find satisfaction in organized systems, we want you.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data across multiple systems including CRM, spreadsheets, and internal databases
• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before entry
• Identify and flag discrepancies, duplicates, or errors in existing records for correction
• Maintain data entry logs and quality control documentation
• Process high volumes of records within daily and weekly production targets
• Assist with data cleanup and migration projects as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and business information encountered

Requirements

• No degree required
• No prior data entry experience needed — training provided on all systems
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with high accuracy
• Sharp eye for errors — you catch the mistake everyone else scrolled past
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and standard database interfaces
• Consistent, reliable availability during scheduled hours
• Reliable internet and a focused home workspace
