The Role

Customer service is the make-or-break moment for every brand — and great Customer Service Representatives are the ones who turn a problem into a loyal customer. At NoGigiddy, we're looking for people who genuinely care about helping others: individuals who listen well, communicate clearly, stay cool when things get tense, and always find a path to resolution. You'll handle inquiries across channels — phone, chat, and email — representing our brand with warmth and professionalism. No experience required. Just bring the right attitude, and we'll build the rest.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely, professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints, account issues, billing questions, and product concerns with care and efficiency
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to look up account information and process requests
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM for reporting and follow-up
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team with full context and documentation
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above team benchmarks
  • Stay current on product changes, policy updates, and support procedures through ongoing training

Requirements

  • No degree required
  • No prior customer service experience needed — comprehensive training included
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural empathy and patience — you genuinely want to help people
  • Ability to stay composed and solution-focused when customers are frustrated
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software tools simultaneously
  • Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset for phone support
