The Role

In this entry-level role, you'll be the first point of contact for our users — answering questions, solving problems, and delivering a seamless experience through every conversation. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner
• Provide accurate information about NoGigiddy services, features, and earning opportunities
• Assist users with navigating the platform and troubleshooting common issues
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathetic communication and efficient problem-solving
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve support workflows and documentation
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments with full context
• Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp on product knowledge and best practices

Requirements
