Title: Customer Service Representative
Duties: Incumbent will be a member of the Payer Solutions Operations customer service team; responsible for responding to customers and providers related to products we service. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining call center statistics including Average Speed of Answer, After Call Work and Schedule Adherence. Incumbent will handle precertification calls from HealthCare Professionals and Third Party Administrator clients as well as assist customers with provider verification.Skills:2+ years experience in service operations environment, preferably call center environment.Knowledge of Medical Coding and Billing.Articulate, service oriented and accurate documentation process skills.Analytical, attention to detail and quality oriented.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of MS applications.Problem solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.40 WPM
