Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday (Saturday as needed)

Language Requirements:
- Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Creole, and Korean
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak their designated language fluently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to enrollment services calls, answers questions, provides information, and refers callers as needed.
- Educates clients on managed care programs.
- Assesses client healthcare needs and assists in selecting appropriate health plans.
- Maintains updated knowledge of the New York Medicaid CHOICE Project.
- Assists clients with enrollment and disenrollment processes.
- Receives and reviews enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Escalates issues or concerns to the Central Operations Supervisor as needed.
- Supports managed care education and enrollment services based on call volume.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.
General Requirements:
- Prior call center experience is strongly preferred (1–2 years minimum)
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and reliability are critical
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
Technology & BYOD Requirements:
- Windows 10 laptop/desktop required (Chromebooks not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth not allowed)
- Stable internet connection required:
- 25 Mbps (single user minimum)
- 50 Mbps (shared connection)
- 5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred)
- Mobile hotspots cannot be used as the primary internet source
Assessments & Screening:
- Computer literacy assessment required
- Typing test: 35 WPM minimum with 70% accuracy
- Scores must be included on the resume under the candidate’s name
- Live phone screening required (professional, F2F-style call)
- Candidates must have a quiet, professional work environment
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
