What You'll Do:
Conduct detailed quality assurance reviews, leveraging a comprehensive scorecard.
Address and refine grey areas in documentation, reporting, and workflows.
Initiate improvements to provider training and support practices based on trends.
Provide vital feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
Develop and document quality standards, contributing to the enhancement of Spring Health's services.

A proactive professional with 2+ years in quality assurance or related fields.
